David Hutchison, Senior Partner and Founder
David has more than 16 years of experience in IT and Business consulting, from Fortune 500 down to SMB markets. His experiences as a financial analyst, business analyst, and CIO have brought tremendous value to Excipio’s clients since he has “walked in their shoes”. David founded Excipio as an independent firm, focused on IT to provide effective cost reduction strategies, project based ROI analysis, strategic directional planning, and education to help business leaders understand, right size, and leverage their IT investments for the profitable gain of the business.




 

   
Jeff Gilmer, Senior Partner
Jeff is a creative, team oriented professional with more than 20 years of experience in Business and IT related corporations. Jeff’s management skills were utilized to convert a national reseller into a service organization through the development long term outsourcing contracts with Fortune 500 companies. He is effective in both restoring and building organizations through improved long-term process improvement and implementation of solid scalable methodologies.

Through his detailed understanding of process, methodology, and business alternatives, Jeff has experience implementing strategies that significantly streamline current process, provide long-term methodologies, and provide strategic roadmaps for IT organizations.

 
   
  Jody Graham
While Jody’s education is financially focused, his business acumen and leadership have successfully positioned him in many business roles. From operations to accounting to technology, Jody has 14 years of managerial experience from Fortune 500 to business start-ups. Jody’s strategic and tactical business experience has gained executive management appointments to sit on several focus boards and committees including business process improvement, technology roadmap development, financial audit, regulatory compliance and mergers and acquisitions review. Jody demonstrates the ability to combine strong analytical skills and project management to deliver valuable client results within defined time and budget parameters.
   

 
Doug Keller
Doug is a technology executive with over 20 years of IT and leadership experience who brings a strong business orientation, a rich IT background, and a pragmatic approach to leveraging IT to achieve business goals. He is a quick study and excels at solving complex problems and leading organizations to achieve superior execution and financial performance. His integrity and collaborative approach enable him to build strong relationships and teams to achieve positive results in many challenging and often high-pressure environments.

Doug’s experience leading IT outsourcing engagements enable him to help clients leverage many of the best practice strategies that outsourcers utilize to tenaciously reduce costs. His knowledge assists clients in understanding where outsourcing may add value, effectively selecting an outsourcing partner, negotiating contracts, and establishing a governance approach to help realize the value of outsourcing while mitigating many of the risks.
   
  Kevin Geltz
Kevin is a creative, detail oriented system engineer with 21 years of experience resolving complex technical issues. He has worked on projects ranging from simple to complex implementations in 30 states. The knowledge gained over years of hands-on experience working with multiple environments allows Kevin to review situations, understand the business impact, and quickly develop plans for improvement in a cost effective manner. He is a focused, motivated leader that believes in detailed documentation for future knowledge sharing and business support. Kevin has been instrumental in helping clients account for real-life technical issues and risks that often prevent transformation projects from being successful. In addition to his technical skills, Kevin has managed and supported numerous infrastructure migrations across numerous locations throughout the US.
