An Enterprise Assessment is potentially a single
engagement that encompasses all of the more detailed
solutions listed below. At a minimum, an Enterprise
Assessment is an Operations Review across the entire
organization. While an Operations Review is typically
limited to a specific organization, division, or agency,
and Enterprise Assessment would span multiple entities.
