Project Analysis
Sometimes clients have already made strategic decisions,
but require a business case to receive project funding.
Excipio’s Economic Analysis Modeling and Methodology (EAMM®)
revise a cost effective and accurate means to create
these financial scenarios. Since an outside party
performs the analysis, IT organizations benefit from our
vendor neutral, objective perspective. While the project
is more limited in scope, Excipio’s methodology strives
to identify upfront and ongoing costs, risks and
mitigation strategies, and multiple financial outcomes
possible.
